Postnatal Anxiety
Often diagnosed as Postnatal or Postpartum Anxiety or Depression
Postnatal / postpartum anxiety and depression are common but often misunderstood conditions that can emerge during pregnancy or after birth, affecting emotional wellbeing, nervous-system regulation, and daily functioning.
They may present as persistent worry, intrusive thoughts, panic, low mood, emotional numbness, exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from oneself or the baby. These experiences are not a reflection of weakness or failure as a parent; they are the result of intense physiological, hormonal, emotional, and nervous-system changes occurring during a highly demanding life transition. When left unaddressed, symptoms can feel overwhelming and self-perpetuating.
KarmaMind approaches postpartum and postnatal anxiety and depression by focusing on restoring balance to the mind and body rather than managing symptoms, using coping strategies or labelling the experience as permanent.

"KarmaMind creates a full and successful recovery using targeted and supportive resources that are only available through this process. The program is, in my opinion, the solution to anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD and all their associated symptoms. Other therapies don't produce these results that is for sure."
