KarmaMind – Community-led anxiety recovery, one town at a time.

Host a Local Anxiety Recovery Community Group in Your Town

At KarmaMind, we believe recovery is most powerful when it’s human, local, and shared. Our Anxiety Recovery Mentors play a vital role in creating safe, supportive groups where people learn, connect, and recover together.

If you’re passionate about mental wellbeing, personal growth, and helping others find freedom from anxiety disorders, becoming a KarmaMind Mentor can be a deeply meaningful next step.

What Is a KarmaMind Anxiety Recovery Mentor?

A KarmaMind Mentor is a trained, supported host who runs a local, in-person anxiety recovery group using the KarmaMind Method.

You do not need to be a therapist or clinician. Our mentors are people who:

  • Have lived experience of anxiety recovery or a strong interest in emotional wellbeing
  • Want to support others in a structured, ethical, compassionate way
  • Believe in community-based recovery over isolated or sporadic care

You provide the space, consistency, and human connection. We provide the training, framework, and ongoing support.

Why Host a Local Anxiety Recovery Group?

1. Make a Real Difference in Your Community

Anxiety can be deeply isolating. By hosting a group, you create a safe, welcoming space where people realise they are not alone — and that recovery is not only possible, but achievable quickly when they understand how their emotions work.

Mentors consistently tell us that this work is meaningful in a way few roles are — you witness confidence, clarity, and hope returning to people’s lives.

2. Be Part of a Trusted, Established Framework

You are not starting from scratch. As a KarmaMind mentor, you benefit from:

  • A proven anxiety recovery Method used since 1997
  • Structured session formats
  • Clear boundaries and ethical guidelines
  • Resources, materials, and ongoing updates

Your role is to facilitate connection — not to design programmes or reinvent structure.

3. Comprehensive Training & Ongoing Support

We train and equip you to lead your group confidently and responsibly. You’ll receive:

  • Mentor training in anxiety recovery principles
  • Guidance on facilitation, boundaries, and safeguarding
  • Ongoing support from the KarmaMind team
  • Access to a mentor network for shared learning

You are never expected to “fix” anyone. Your role is to guide discussion and model calm, grounded leadership while the members recover using our resources.

4. Flexible & Local — Designed to Fit Your Life

You choose:

  • Your town or local area
  • Your venue — community hall, yoga studio, meeting space, etc.
  • How often your group meets: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly

Many mentors host alongside other work, family commitments, or studies. It’s flexible, meaningful, and community-focused.

5. Earn Income While Doing Meaningful Work

Hosting a KarmaMind group allows you to generate income in a purpose-aligned way. You can:

  • Earn from group memberships (within KarmaMind guidelines)
  • Earn from online-only members in your assigned region
  • Grow your group sustainably over time
  • Expand your role as demand increases

This is purpose-led income — not sales-driven pressure.

6. Personal Growth & Confidence

Mentors often share that hosting strengthens their own:

  • Emotional resilience
  • Communication skills
  • Confidence and leadership
  • Sense of purpose

Supporting others in recovery naturally deepens your own wellbeing too.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This opportunity may suit you if you are:

  • Someone who has recovered or is recovering from anxiety
  • A wellbeing practitioner, coach, or yoga/mindfulness teacher
  • Passionate about mental health but seeking a non-clinical role
  • Keen to give back to your local community
  • Looking for meaningful, flexible work

You do not need formal degrees in psychology or therapy.

Ethical, Safe, and Community-Focused

KarmaMind community groups are:

  • Non-clinical and non-diagnostic
  • Recovery-oriented, not symptom-focused
  • based on 30+ years of research, education, and lived experience
  • Clear about boundaries and when professional support is required

We take ethical responsibility seriously — for both participants and mentors.
